Who we serve

Our customers are ITSPs, BPOs, and contact centers with their own PBX or dialer infrastructure, and software companies that embed voice as a feature. We sell the plumbing: SIP trunks, DID inventory, and hosted PBX tenancy — all accessible from the same portal and the same API.

How we're different

• Multi-carrier by default. Every route is A-plus-B, not just A. Single-carrier outages never reach your customers.
• Compliance is architecture. Fraud rules, velocity caps, destination blocklists, TLS and SRTP are enforced at the SBC — not left as runbook items for someone to remember at 3am.
• API parity with the portal. Everything your customers can do in the UI, they can do via REST with idempotency keys and signed webhooks.
• Observable by design. Every call captured as HEP, every metric in Grafana, every alert routed to your on-call — not just ours.
• Honest about scope. If a destination or segment isn't a fit for our network, we say so. No bait-and-switch. No account closures at day 14.

Where we operate

Our primary POPs are in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and London, with carrier-neutral interconnects at DE-CIX, AMS-IX and LINX. The corporate entity is registered in the European Union — specifics available under NDA.

What we're not

We're not a Tier-1 carrier. We don't sell retail phone service, consumer softphones, or CPaaS SDKs for app developers. If you're looking for a Twilio, Sinch or Vonage alternative, we may not be the right fit — though our platform is built on the open-source projects (Kamailio, Asterisk, Homer) those companies also depend on.
